There is a well equipped kitchen, a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Open plan living area with wood burning stove (firewood provided), Central heating, TV, Broad band Wifi and reasonable mobile signal. Parking on site for six cars, shed space for bikes and a tree house for children. The kitchen opens onto generous furnished terraced areas looking onto the gardens with barbecue facilities available.
Interaction with guests
Owners live on site adjacent to house but guests have complete privacy and use of the gardens etc.

Nearest shop is in Sennybridge 4 miles away, nearest pub in the village of Trecastle, serves good food and real ales. Other country pubs dotted around, details provided in the house.
