A simply stunning place to kick back and relax. Choose whether to wind down in the hot tub, overlooking the serene countryside or go for a wander through the calming meadows and woodland on the Little Massingham Manor estate. Just a short drive to the North Norfolk coast and charming local villages, with walks, pubs, and countryside adventures on your doorstep. Quiet, cosy and unforgettable retreat.

The space
The inside area has been cleverly designed to both make the most of the available space and also to look majestic. Reclaimed wood has been used to design some lovely features. The space feels very calming and wonderfully aligned to the natural environment.

The bedroom houses a king sized bed, the bathroom a shower and the kitchen is well equipped. The open plan area has a very comfortable 2 seater sofa, to either relax in front of the TV or spot wildlife in the scenic grounds.

The cottage is situated in the private grounds of Little Massingham Manor, with 63 acres of private woodland, gardens and meadows to explore.

Little Massingham Manor is nestled between the award winning Dabbling Duck in Great Massingham, and the Rose and Crown in Harpley. Both minutes away.

Houghton Hall and it’s wonderful art exhibitions is a couple of minutes drive away. Sandringham and Fakenham are around 10 minutes away, and the stunning North Norfolk coast is around 20 minutes drive.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire lodge and hot tub. Guests will also have access to wander the grounds of Little Massingham Manor.

Other things to note
Nutkins Cottage is located with in Little Massingham Manor 63 acre estate in which you are more than welcome to explore, on site we have small children's play area and outdoor Gym equipment, every Monday (except bank holidays) we have open a coffee shop in the Garden room between 10:00 - 13:00.

We have an incredible woodland spa on the estate, which all our guests can hire at a discounted rate. It is hired on a private session basis.
A number of practitioners are based on the estate and offer a variety of health and wellbeing services for you to treat yourself to - massage/facial treatments/personal training/yoga/pilates etc.

We have loved visiting North Norfolk for over 20 years. What started as visiting friends and enjoying the stunning North Norfolk coastline, has evolved into us spending as much time as we can with our young children in the area. Watching them grow up on some of the most beautiful beaches in the UK, whilst ourselves enjoying the picturesque villages and superb restaurants and pubs in the area, and wonderful accommodation, has been an absolute joy.
