Description

The space

The village consists of four indipendents Trulli with swimming pool, stretching between two hills dotted with olive and fruit trees, on the verge of "Bosco Selva": an oak forest (particularly rare in this area), covering 45 acres and full of guided tours for trekking and mountain biking.

The entire inhabited rocky lands, since the eighteenth century was the residence of four peasant families, today it is an example of respectful restoration and maintenance of the landscape.
Each trullo hosts up to four people and the entire facility has a capacity of 15 beds.

Interior:
Each trullo is equipped with all modern comforts, in order to experience the holiday in complete and autonomous relaxation. The interior consists of original-domed alcoves with double beds, a bathroom and a living room equipped with kitchenette (including pots, plates, dishes and even our own homemade oil). Also included is a refrigerator, electric oven, all necessary accessories for the kitchen, plasma TV and heaters for the winter.

Exterior:
Guests can enjoy the summer by taking a dip in the pool amongst almond trees and laurels, dining freely under the gazebo right in front of their trullo. And if they want to slowly explore the territory, free bicycles are available. Also, the amplitude of the landscape around the village will give way for the enjoyment of children and families for long walks along the paths/trails, with the possibility of friendly encounters with donkeys, horses, sheep and other domestic animals.

Activities:
Trulli del bosco is also a place for holidays aimed at slow tourism, eco-friendly and healthy. For this reason we offer our bicycles free of charge, we organize organic and homemade cooking courses and we also plan guided tours on foot or by bicycle.
For this reason we organize:
- Guided tours of the "Masseria" to learn about its history, its animals and its cheese production.
- Bicycle tours amidst unknown corners of the country and villages of Valle D'Itria.
- Lectures on the cultivation and care of the garden, for a healthy contact with the earth.
- Lecture on the recognition of herbs and their various uses in the kitchen.
- Lessons of traditional cuisine, learning to make orecchiette pasta, meatballs, focaccia and much more.
- Walks / or by bicycle in the countryside with a lecture on the history of the landscape, on the recognition of the local fauna and flora.

If you are a group of more then 4 people:
For a right quote, please, indicate how many rooms and what kind of rooms you need. For example, if you are 6: 1° trullo with 2 people, 2° trullo with 4 people etc. Each trullo can host up until 4 people.

This is a trulli amazing place (pun intended ). Very quiet, right in nature! We walked into alberobello through the woods. Andrea was a super host, very friendly and accommodating! The trullo was lovely and there was a nice outdoor area around it. Our girls loved seeing the chickens and geese that provided fresh eggs for breakfast! One night the hosts cooked us an amazing dinner with wild asparagus! And the grandmother made yummy pie! The pool was not open yet for the season, but I'm sure that is great in the summer!

We had a great stay at Trulli del Bosco. 5 of us (2 adults and 3 children) stayed in a 2-bedroom trullo (and even in a 1-bedroom one for 1 night) and Giuseppe did everything for us to be at ease, providing a travel cot for instance. We thoroughly recommend this property, for families as well as other travellers.

It was the most surprising stay we had at all! The cosy dinners with romantic music and homemade food was unforgetable! The feeling being there is as you are a part of sincere family. The place itself is perfect for visiting around cities. We would recommend for everybody to stay there to feel a bit different way of vacationing.

Thank you Andrea for a wonderful stay at your place. We loved it. Perfect for families with young children - beautiful gardens, great pool, chickens and donkeys, fresh fruit from the trees and amazing home-cooked food. We could not have been happier. Hope to return soon!

Beautiful quiet place away from everything. Trulli was immaculate and comfortable. Andrea and his parents were always smiley and helpful! It is a very child friendly place The location and surroundings are very pleasant and relaxing. The pool is lovely me and me son took the bikes to ride around the area to explore the woods nearby. If we have the opportunity we definitely come back. Thanks to the lovely and friendly hosts. They really care for people!! See you next time.

We were welcomed by Andreas' father who showed us to our trulli. The family prepared for us the most delicious meal with most of the ingredients from their own garden. It is a wonderful location for exploring Puglia. Andrea gave us useful information about some of the nicer areas to visit and even where to find the cheaper car parking. We had hired a car which made exploring easier, though they do have bikes available if you prefer to be more active. There is a lovely pool with plenty of chairs, loungers and umbrellas. Around the grounds there are lots of lovely areas to sit and read, take in the surroundings or listen to the piece and quite. The trulli itself was well equipped with cooker, coffee pot and plenty of pans etc. It was lovely to sit outside in the evening. Breakfast is provided in a separate breakfast room with a good variety of cereal, bread, home made biscuits, home grown fruit etc. There was always plenty. If you do decide to stay I would recommend booking a meal. It was possibly the best meal in our 10 day stay in Puglia. Thank you!
