Hello and welcome to my home, it has been extensively renovated and well-maintained. Perfectly located in between the colleges of Texas Southern University and University of Houston - main campus. A 5 to 10 minute drive to the major universities, downtown, and the major highways of I-45, I-610, I-69, SH-288 and about 15 minutes from the Texas Medical Center. Large home with a FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN and beautiful bathrooms. Whether reserved or sociable this is the place for you!

The space
The space is Bedroom #1, the most private and reserved room in this home, it is 9x14 with a spacious walk-in closet. Luxury Full size bed.

This is a big 6 bedroom home with 3.5 baths, 1 bathroom is private to the Master Bedroom. There are 3 oversized rooms upstairs with a full bathroom, shower/tub combo and hardwood on the floors. Downstairs there is an additional 3 bedrooms with a common full bathroom and half bathroom available for anyone's use in the homes. Tiled common areas, private bedrooms are carpeted.

Other things to note
This a shared home with 7 bedrooms, most guests work and travel a lot. I work out of town mostly, so on rare occasions you may bump into I or others in the home. The home is cleaned routinely but the expectation is that you will clean up behind yourself to ensure the common areas stay clean and everyone staying in the home remains comfortable.
