Newly built high specification chalet 5 mins drive from Chamonix town at the foot of Mont Blanc. Luxury large baths & overhead showers, comfortable super king beds, oak floors & a very high standard of fittings throughout. Ideal family accommodation.

The space
The Chalet is one of six demi-chalets built in 2014 on a quiet cul-de-sac in the area of the Chamonix valley.
This modern chalet is built over 2 floors; With 3 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms, and a separate loo. This chalet has all mod cons, including cooker, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing maching and dryer.

The chalet has been furnished with a contemporary look that still retains a distinctly alpine feel to it that creates a feeling of warmth and comfort even during the coldest snaps in the heart of winter.

The bathrooms have large baths with overhead showers; with on upstairs and one downstairs. The three bedrooms consist of a Kingsize Double downstairs, a SuperKing Double upstairs and a family room upstairs. The family room includes a bunk bed with full size single beds and a Zip and Lock two full size single beds that can be put together to form a SuperKing Double.
All the bedrooms have built in sliding door wardrobes which include ample hanging and shelving spaces.

The kitchen/living space is very well supplied with comfortable leather sofas and oak dining table and chairs.

The chalet is supplied with a full set of high quality garden furniture including an extendable table, 8 chairs and recliners.

The Chalet includes an off road parking space, a garden with a decking patio.

A full welcome folder is provided with copies of manuals of the the various electrical items.
