- The pool/jacuzzi heating system runs from 9:00 to 21:00 (12 hours straight) automatically.
- The system will heat the pool by default, it will not heat the pool and jacuzzi at the same time.
- To heat the jacuzzi, you need to turn a knob. Please note that the system will only heat the jacuzzi while this function is active.
- If the temperature is around or below 60° (especially on rainy and cloudy days), the system may take longer to heat the pool/jacuzzi.
- Please check the weather forecast before your arrival, we do not offer refunds for weather conditions related to this service.

Beginning August 1, 2025, the Windsor at Westside community will charge a one-time stay fee of $20 per vehicle. The maximum number of vehicles allowed is five.

- 10,000 sq.ft. Mediterranean theme tropical clubhouse with Fitness Center
- Volleyball Court & Multi-Purpose Sports Courts.

Other things to note
Windsor at Westside will implement a $20 per vehicle parking fee starting on August 1st. 2025. This is a one-time payment per vehicle for your entire stay. The property has a 5-vehicle maximum. Additional vehicles must be parked off-site.
