We absolutely loved our stay with June, it was in an ideal location right on the beach which was perfect considering the amazing weather we experienced during our stay. The location was also great for exploring Kinsale, Courtmacsherry and Killbrittain. June and James were a pleas…

Wonderful fine weather location but a long way from any amenities- not easy walking distance from anywhere. Accommodation disappointing as in need of complete revamp. Host was welcoming, friendly & informative & welcome pack appreciated.

We are sorry you feel that way. However most people who come here come for the beauty peace and quite. There are two villages 3 miles away with cafes and bars and a restaurant and bar within walking distance all shown in our listing . At this time of year and the heat we are having there are going to be bugs, after all this house is over 200 years old. We are also on the edge of the sea and in the heart of the country not a modern apartment in town .

A lovely location right on the beach. June was lovely host and leaves you be but there if you need help. Great place for those wanting to visit corks watersports but like having their own space ie kitchen, living room, bedroom sofa.

We spent a lovely fortnight here. The property is unusual (in a good way!) and has a great garden. The location is fantastic as it's so close to Coolmain beach and also ideal for exploring West Cork. June and James were extremely welcoming and helpful.

The beach at the end of the drive was beautiful, with plenty of lovely coastline to drive down in both directions, and sights to stop and look round. The place itself was very spacious and well equipped. We did need to use the electric blanket though, because the place was so b…

Me and my dad had a lovely 2 day stay at June's. We were greeted with a warm welcome and everything was explained to us in detail. We were supplied breakfast which was lovely and then left to our own devices as we visited Cork and UCC. Thank you!
