Luanna was most gracious and her apt petched on a hill overlooking Ravello is ideal for a large family But it is not in-town so eithet you walk 1 mile or you drive and park

The hosts were very nice, helping us with our luggage upon arrival and on our departure day. The taxis will not drive us up to the property therefore the host drove us and our lugage to a rendez vous point. Gorgeous view but very difficult to get around without a vehicle. We did not want to drive because we were warned by many that driving on the Amalfi coast is very difficult and we experienced it first hand when we took a tour along the coast. To get to Ravello, we would walk down the steps. There are approximately 530 steps and over one kilometer to get to Ravello. We opted to take taxis go bring us back up at a cost of 25 euros per ride and again they would not drive us all the way to the top.

We had a great stay at this place. The family was very helpful even there was a language barrier but they were absolutely kind. The view was fantastic. The house was very convenient and cosy. Once again, thank you very much!

Luana and her family were so wonderful! Particularly Pietro Marco who was very helpful and friendly. They welcomed us with fresh croissants, water and coffee and were so sweet, wanting us to get all the things we needed. The view from the patio is beautiful! Overlooking the wonderful Ravello. The terrace has good sun from early morning to early evening, if you want more you can sit on the roof. The apartment is very quiet and the apartment next door is empty so very private also. The apartment itself contains all you need, including kitchen equipment, towels, iron etc. It's very much like a home. As others have said, you will need a car to go pretty much anywhere, including Ravello. The apartment has great parking (when you've mastered the incline!), but if you go anywhere else, including Ravello, be prepared to pay 5 euros an hour! We did walk down to Ravello a couple of times, but needed trainers and were exhausted when we got back! Ravello is a beautiful town and very picturesque. You can also easily travel to Pompeii, Naples and the Amalfi coast. If you want to go to the beach I would not recommend Amalfi as it's very busy and industrial, but instead go to Erchie - a further drive but much more quiet and pretty. The only downside of the apartment is that - as with all the apartments in the hills - they have only one set of windows, so it can smell a bit musty at times. Otherwise it's a peaceful place to stay. You will have great food in Ravello! Thank you to Luana and her family

This is a fantastic stay! Luana, Gianvitorio and their son, Marco, are great hosts. Although they live in Salerno, the house has everything that we have a wonderful week at Amalfi coast. The house is just as the pictures describe and the view is spectacular! One thing as a reminder: the address is Via Monte Brusara 12, instead of 32. But 32 is a big B&B you can find on map. The first parking will be a little challenge. Later-on you will get used to it. But still, I suggest a small car for easy parking. For sure, car is a must to go anywhere including Ravello. The house is very quiet so you can immerse yourself in the tranquility! So, in general it's a very pleasant journey and great thanks to Luana and all the family! We look forward to coming back and stay even longer!

We had the most fabulous time staying at Luana's home. It is located in beautiful Ravello which is only a few kms from Amalfi and all the coastal towns. The villa is completely true to it's description and all photos are as real life. We were welcomed by Luana and her beautiful family with smiles, fresh fruit and the essentials (bottled water and bathrooms needs) and we were given suggestions on great local restaurants and attractions. The area is incredibly hilly so if you are fit and brave, the town centre is not too far away, but we would highly recommend hiring a car (and make sure you turn off the aircon when you drive up and out of the driveway!!) Our favourite part of our stay was the balcony which was sun drenched during the days and breezing in the evenings. During the right time of the year there are also grapes hanging from the vines! There were only two of us staying in the apartment but it could easily fit up to 6... 2 separate rooms with double beds and a couch bed in the living room. This villa is stunningly peaceful and is a dream escape from city living. We loved it and it would be a treat to go back again !
