This unique place has a style all of its own, with a mezzanine floor that doubles up as a master bedroom with super king luxury bed and an unique designated workspace and a further two bedrooms, one of which is en suite.

There is an outside garden area for your relaxation and a designated parking space.
We do have to be strict and therefore no unauthorised guests or visitors are permitted during the stay.

There are 4 apartments in the building. Once inside the main door you can either take 2 flights of stairs or take the elevator to the top floor.
Key will be provided in a lock box for you.

I'm Steve and I love being part of this community and to be able to help people feel at home, I enjoy travelling around with my two daughters and we love finding great beaches in England and abroad.
I am bred but not born in Southend-on-Sea and have spent most of my life here being educated at the local grammer school.
I run a professional decorating company and have had the good fortune to work on some amazing homes, working with top designers and architects, I still love my job many years later.
I have been hosting on air bnb since August, I have been given superhost status three times running, I have three properties listed and am planning on listing a fourth one very shortly.
I also owned and run a thriving, seafront Guesthouse for 17 years which was an amazing experience.
I enjoy walking, cycling and visiting the local restaurants, of which there are plenty, I love watching movies at the cinema, reading, spending time in the outdoors, travelling and taking my family camping in our VW campervan named Gavin.
I consider myself as easy going as they come, I am very laid back and enjoy spending time with my loved ones. I keep a positive attitude and really enjoy life.
I live and work in Southend so am never far away if my guests need help with anything. We really look forward in meeting you and would love to make you welcome in our home from homes.
