Our location is privileged, surrounded by nature. We have a beautiful view of the lagoon, mountains, sunrise and sunset 🌞
We are 1,500 meters from the beach and a 15-minute walk from the center.
We are a 5-minute walk from the best clubs, Mar Del Rosa, Quintal do Butiá and Pico da Tribo, so you don't have to worry about driving and paying for parking.
But we're far enough away to sleep and wake up in peace!
Our location also offers easy access to all beaches in the region, such as Ibiraquera, Ouvidor, Ferrugem, Silveira
Other things to note
Here are Rosa Cali's rules of coexistence:
*Loud noise and parties are strictly prohibited.
*People who are not guests in the residence are strictly prohibited from entering.
*Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodations. Smoking is allowed in outdoor areas, away from the accommodations. Subject to a fine of R$ 1,000.00
*The removal of bed and bath linens from the accommodations is not allowed.
We provide the best quality bed and bath linens, if they are damaged and/or stained, a refund will be charged.
*After using the gourmet area, please wash the dishes and return them to your accommodation, collect your food and garbage.
*The gourmet area and swimming pool are open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
