A bright & sunny converted barn in the grounds of a 19th Century farmhouse, surrounded by a large garden. The cottage is a rural retreat situated well off the road up a tree lined avenue with daffodils in bloom in Spring.

The space
From the garden one enters the spacious sitting room which gets the benefit of sun on all three sides at different times of the day. A stairs leads upwards to a landing & on to a spacious bedroom with a double & single bed. A bathroom with bath, shower, toilet & washbasin is right beside. These rooms which were once a farm loft are lit by Velux windows & have cosy pine ceilings. The cottage is heated by oil central heating & also has a wood burning stove. This is a welcome new addition to the cottage & makes it even more cosy & warm. Bed linen, towels & tea towels are provided.
Downstairs next to the sitting room is the kitchen which is well equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave & electric cooker. All necessary crockery, cutlery, saucepans etc are supplied. Next to the kitchen there is a downstairs bedroom with 2 single beds & a bathroom with a large shower, washbasin & toilet. There is a back porch for storage, recycling & the tumble drier etc.
