Casa Losodeli strikes me as more of a hostel than a hotel. It has many rooms with lots of communal space at its center where many, if not most, of the patrons hang out. All parts of Losodeli, from the common areas to the rooms, are kept exceptionally clean. The space also feels very safe with someone always manning the entrance, which they also lock up at night and have a tenant around to let you in and out. As far as my apartment, I wish it had a little patio like some of the other apartments had to enjoy the cooler evenings in privacy. Other than that, it had everything I would want or need; great closet with hangers, comfortable enough bed and pillows, an adequately equipped kitchen and cosy sofa. I loved the apartment! My only complaint was that it was very hot...all the time. I even brought an extra 10" fan, but it didn't do much to reduce the heat. I could have used the air conditioning, but it would have almost doubled (literally) the cost of the room per night and my budget couldn't afford that. I had a guest the first two weeks so we did use the air conditioning, but it was almost too cold at night and, besides the bedroom, didn't cool the entire apartment very well. Other than the heat, which I eventually got used to, this space is a 9 out of 10. I can't imagine anyone not enjoying their stay at Casa Losodeli. Friendly staff. Clean environment.

Casa Losodeli is an amazing place to stay if your in Escondido. The location can't be more ideal, very close to the city, very close to the best beach in town and Liz and her crew are an amazing bunch of hostesses. They will answer all your questions and help you with anything you need. Highly recommend staying her, incredible value for your money.

I stayed at Casa Losodeli for a month before finding an apartment in Puerto. It was the perfect place to get a feel for the town. The apartment is cute, clean, and quiet. Liz and her staff do an amazing job of running the place. They provide great advice about what to see and do in Puerto and really try to make sure you have a good time. There are apartments, hotel rooms, and a hostel all in the same facility. The downstairs bar is good for socializing but, thankfully, closes at 11, keeping the place quiet. The wifi is great and I was able to work remotely with no issue.

I just stayed here for one night so I do t have much to judge but here is my piece of the cake: Location: good, just a 30 pesos taxi from the Main Street Cleaning: Yes Value: good, you get what you pay for. Wide room with a good shower and toilet. I wasn't able (time constraints of myself) to use the pool but looks lovely. Not a little luxurious place but is way more than what you pay for. Staff: nice and helpful

Casa Losedeli was a great place for us. We rented the apartment, it was spacious and very clean. The air conditioning was nice and the kitchen was adequately equipped. We did run out of water occasionally, usually at night, but it always came back within a few hours. The location was centrally located for what we wanted: short walk to swimming beaches and also near the supermarket, mercado, and bus terminal. Liz was a gracious host, she was extremely helpful and friendly. We would stay there again if we return to Puerto Escondido.
