Hello! We’re a friendly family of six living upstairs. Stay Sunny Suite is the welcoming garden-level apartment in our home — exclusively your own — perfect for couples or solo adventurers.

Entrance 🔑
Parking is along the side of the house by the Stay Sunny Suite sign. A walkway leads you around back and down a short flight of stairs to your private entrance. The keyless entry lets you check in anytime after 3pm, and the path is lit at night for easy visibility.
Bedroom 🛏
Sleep soundly on a luxurious Saatva queen mattress with memory foam topper, cotton sheets and hypoallergenic pillows. Room-darkening shades and a sound machine help set the mood for rest. You’ll also find a closet with hangers, dresser, full-length mirror, USB charging port, fan, and space heater for year-round comfort.
Bathroom 🚿
Quaint and refreshingly simple, featuring a waterfall shower and all the essentials: Turkish cotton towels, Public Goods natural body products (body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion), Castile shave foam, hair dryer,
Q-tips, makeup towelettes, and feminine products. Vanity drawers and open shelves provide space for your own things, too.
Living Room 🛋
Lift the blinds and let the morning light pour in while you enjoy coffee, tea, or a good read. This inviting space includes a long sofa, rattan chair, coffee table, and a corner desk with chair for light work. The 44" Smart TV is ready for you to log in to your own apps.
Kitchen🍴
The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials: bar stool seating at the peninsula, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer with ice trays, Brita water pitcher, stainless steel pots and pans, Instapot, cooking oils and seasoning, utensils, toaster, coffee maker and grinder {with a starter supply of organic beans}, V60 pour-over, electric kettle, and a selection of organic teas, creamer singles and sugar packets.
Laundry 🫧
Need to throw in a load? A washer and dryer are available for your use. Help maintain our fragrance-free and eco-friendly laundry room by using the provided powdered or liquid detergents.
Murphy Bed 💤
Need an extra sleeping option? A pull-down Murphy bed in the living room is available upon request, with a $25 fee added to the booking, if used.
Cleaning 🌱
Breathe ease with our non-toxic cleaning and laundering. We only use chemical-free cleaning products with no artificial fragrances, just essential oils. No Lysol, no bleach, no yuck.
Privacy 🔒
Your suite is closed off from the rest of the home, with a separate entrance and yard space. The interior door in the kitchen remains locked and unused — it simply leads to the main house and helps maintain your privacy.

* Service Animals / ESA's 🦮
Due to a household member's immunodeficiency (from immunotherapy), we have an Airbnb-granted exemption from hosting service animals and ESA's.
* AC/Heat 🌡️
The suite has central A/C and heat with a thermostat for you to adjust. Please keep temps between 68–72°F.
* Noise 🗣️
While we do our best to minimize disruptions, we do have a baby, and some occasional transfer of noise from the upper level is to be expected.
* Babies/Children 🚼
We love babies and children, but we do not have proper accommodations or safety measures to host children; adults only.
****For guests with more specific preferences or needs in regard to temperature, noise, animals, or children, we have great referrals for neighboring Airbnb's who can accommodate :)
