Located at the entrance to St Malo, the 80 m² cottage has been open since May 2022 and can accommodate up to 6 guests.
Fully equipped and designed to make your stay as enjoyable as possible, you can enjoy the 2 terraces with garden views.
Close to Rosais Beach (1.1 km), Grand Aquarium (500 m) and Solidor Tower (2 km).
You can also enjoy beautiful walks in Briantais Park 900 m away. Supermarket and bakery are nearby.

The space
On the ground floor you will find a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge and freezer, a dining room and a lounge area to relax with TV as well as a shower room and toilet.
Upstairs are 2 bedrooms.
One with a large 160 X 200 bed and the other with 2 single 90 X 200 beds. The bedding is of high quality.
You'll have the option to accommodate 6 with the sofa bed.
The property is completely new.
You will feel at home with neat decor.

* Please note that bed linens are provided but bath and beach towels are optional.

* A baby kit can be provided free of charge upon request. (baby bed, highchair, bathtub and toilet booster seat).

*A raclette grill can also be made available on request.

The cottage is close to Briantais Park and the beaches.
Shops are within walking distance with a convenience store and bakery nearby.
Several free outdoor parking spaces are also available.
