Two townhouses near BKK, each with five bedrooms and enough space for 20 people! They're close to Don Muang airport and local markets. Great for families (with kids), big groups, and business retreats. Two VIP vans and drivers are available daily, including airport transfer. The vans are available for you every day from 6am to 8pm. You only have to pay for overtime, which is 200 Baht (about 6 USD) per hour after 8pm, and a fuel surcharge of 1500 Baht/van for long-distance trips (Pattaya, etc).
-Take your shoes off indoors.
-No smoking indoors, but you may smoke on the balcony with an ashtray provided.
-Have fun, but be responsible. Loud parties will disturb the neighbors.
- Keep the aircon no less than 23 degrees. Any less is terrifically expensive and inefficient.
-Turn off air conditioning every time you leave a room. In a house this big, the utility bill gets expensive quickly.
NOTE: I will check the electric meter before and after checkout. I've had guests keep the air con running in every room 24 hours a day, which is unacceptable. It's very expensive to cool a 5-hr house in the tropics! So please be responsible, otherwise I must charge extra for overuse.

Hi, I'm Chris. My parents and grandmother showed me how to travel when I was 10. They took me to Mexico, Guatemala, Costa Rica, and Wales. I got the bug and I've not slowed down since. Traveling is a way of life. Done right, it's a challenge that teaches you not just about the world, but about yourself. That's why it's usually best done alone...
Why am I telling you this? Because you're a traveler, too, and any traveler is a friend of mine!
In addition to wandering the world, my biggest passions in life are languages and music. I speak, read and write English as my mother tongue and Spanish, German, Arabic (Standard and Egyptian), and Thai as second languages. I'm currently working (more slowly than I'd like) on my Mandarin and Burmese. I'm also a drummer who loves nothing more than to zone out for an hour practicing his rudiments and chops. Life is good!
Then there's business. Gotta make money for all that traveling, those language textbooks and those drum kits, right? I manage properties on this awesome site, I teach languages online, I make tailored suits here in Bangkok for export, and I'm currently producing a revolutionary line of men's underwear. Coming soon...
