Lovely 3 rooms appartement. Very quiet, in the center of Paris. 2 minutes walking of the Bon Marché, 5 minutes walking form Saint Germain des Près.
Well served by bus and subway. Wonderful for a couple with one child.

Very pleasant to live. A bedroom of 14 m² with a large double bed. A children's room of 10 m² with a single bed. A well equipped kitchen if you want to use it. A dining-room table for 6 dinner and a very comfortable living room.

The apartment is in the best location - next to plenty of metro stations, food and shopping. The flat itself is very comfortable and cute and contained everything we needed. Charlotte was very gracious and had a concierge service meet us very very early when we arrived. Beds were comfortable and overall I highly recommend this place to everyone out there! The only little drawback I have is that the owners have a dog and should have let us know as my daughter is allergic but luckily we had our spring allergy medications with us....

Pros: location is great and the host was very reponsive and helpful. The apartment is nice and well furnished. Cons: dog lives in the apartment which wasn't mentioned...

Apartment was as advertised. Generally well-equipped. It was nicely and tastefully furnished. Very comfy beds and bedding. Great bathroom. Great location and super accessible to public transport. Easy check-in and out. Great accommodating host.

The apartment is great, spacious and full of light and you can't do better in terms of location. Charlotte went out of her way to make me feel at home. I will definitely contact Charlotte to rent her apartment again next time I go to Paris.

Charlotte's home was excellent. If you're looking for a place that allows you to enjoy the city while enjoying all the comforts of home, this is the place. It's close to bistros, bakeries, shopping, transportation and more. Charlotte was very responsive and provided answers to our questions quickly. The house was exactly as it appears in the photos. Very clean, nicely decorated and had all the amenities you'd be looking for. Things to note: there were two flights of stairs (which didn't bother us at all). We will certainly contact Charlotte for our next Paris adventure.

Charlotte was unable to greet us, so she had arranged for a conciergerie to let us into the apartment (she had let us know about this well in advance of our visit) - there was a warm welcome, and also Charlotte contacted us within 30 mins of our arrival to check that all was OK. The apartment was lovely, very clean, comfortable and quiet - ideal for a good nights sleep. The apartment is very close to the Metro Station (St Placide) and also a short walk to the Jardin du Luxembourg. So ideal to explore Paris. This was the first time I had used AirBnB and it was an excellent experience. Thank you Charlotte.
