Steve's mansion was everything we asked for our 8 family mini vacation! Steve's attention to detail was impeccable with all the furnishings in the house as well as the tour before going into the house itself. Would definitely rent this Airbnb again if we were in the area. We enjoyed the company of the cats as well!!

Response from Stephen:
Thanks, Jarred! Please come back anytime! Just as a clarification: there are no cats or other pets in the house. On occasion, a friendly neighborhood cat may pass through the yard.

Our family of 8 loved the place. It was close to the location of my son's wedding. We wanted a place that our family could relax and visit with each other before and after the wedding. We felt like we were at home! Everyone enjoyed themselves and Stephen was more than accommodating. The property is beautiful inside and out! I would recommend this getaway again!

Stephen was a great host. Really good communication and straight forward. Gave a very informative tour of the home and all of its amenities. The house is huge, clean, beautiful. Kitchen is awesome. Really close to all the essentials - Shopping, Grocery and Hershey. Would be an awesome place for a big family.

Our family of seven adults stayed at Ironmaster Mansion at Mt Pleasant for four nights while we were in PA for a family wedding. It was a wonderful experience. It is a beautiful home, well preserved and very clean and comfortable. Stephen's attention to detail in decorating and providing everything we needed was second to none. Upon arriving at the house we just walked around from room to room taking in and enjoying the beauty and historic ambiance of each room. We felt like we were staying in a museum. The kitchen was fantastic and well stocked with many spices and quality cookware and utensils. Stephen was very attentive and always available by phone to answer questions and make recommendations. An absolutely wonderful place to stay if you're ever in the area and we highly recommend it. Our only regret was that our stay was too short. We would have loved to stay longer to enjoy the wonderful ambiance and comfort this incredible home has to offer.

Steve's place is outstanding. I stayed there with my fiancee and two other couples for a quiet weekend getaway and everyone was floored by how nice the house is. It's a great old mansion that is beautifully and tastefully preserved. However, while many original elements of the house are retained, it contained all of the modern comforts we wanted, including a great kitchen, and big, gorgeous bathrooms. It was really a treat to stay there. The house is also a pretty close drive to grocery stores, beer and liquor stores and local restaurants. Finally, Steve is a great host who communicated often and promptly. I highly recommend this house.

The stay was great! Stephen met us and provided a great overview of the property. The house is gorgeous, as are the furnishings. We had a group of seven--three couples and a toddler, and we found it pretty toddler friendly--there wasn't much at toddler height that he could reach a it was easy to close off a lot of rooms to keep an eye on him.
