This is a full time accommodation property (as opposed to somebody renting out their holiday house) and that important difference will be immediately evident. You wont get that strange sense that you are in someone else's house when you find food in cupboards and clothes in wardrobes. You want a holiday - not a house sit!
The beautiful beach is only 200 metres from the front door! The Gippsland Lakes are only 15 minutes away and nearby Sale (Gippsland's first city) is less than 30 minutes drive.
The locations is amazing, exactly half way along the world's longest (uninterrupted) beach (152kms/90miles). Ideally for couples, Villa 2 is great for romantic getaways. Groups of up to 15 can however rent this Villa, the House and Villa 1 – all listed separately.

90 Mile Beach is 200 metres from the front door, the cafe and takeaways are just up the road.
You can drive - it is 250km from the Melbourne GPO. Its a shorter drive than "Wilson Prom" through a number of lovely country towns.
You can travel from Melbourne CBD on the "VLine" Train from Southern Cross Station to Sale. (That station also connects directly to Melbourne Airport via "SkyBus"). Then you connect with a bus to Golden Beach.
Once there you can walk to everything!!!

We really love this holiday accommodation business because it allows us to interact with people at a really positive time for them - escaping their normal life with family or friends to relax!
We do our best to make each of our 3 offerings as good as we possibly can. We are very particular about cleaning and presentation and pride ourselves on owning a property that we ourselves would be pleased to rent. The ultimate measure for us is that each time we walk in to view our own property we say, "YES, this is great, we'd be really happy to eat, sleep and stay here". For as long as we can say that we know our guests will be really happy!
