Kari's place was absolutely amazing! I wish I could've stayed longer at her place since my work in Chicago got extended but someone else had already booked her place. Even so, she found me another place to stay not too far away so I didn't have to worry about finding a new place…

Family of 4 stayed one month in this absolutely amazing downtown apartment with a stunning view of Lake Michigan. Rooftop hot tub was very luxury and the whole facility including staff were very clean fresh and nice, just perfect! Great contact with host Kari that was very helpf…

Great Place. Beautiful View. Arriving and getting in was easy and "Ish" the doorman was incredibly friendly and helpful. A hiccup on the last night but the Optima staff helped out. Looking forward to booking with them again.
