38 Zinc has a large open plan kitchen, dining and living area with large patio doors and windows out of the balcony. The lounge has a sofa bed which can sleep 2 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and even has a dishwasher and washer/dryer to help make your stay as relaxing as possible.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed and an ensuite shower room. The second bedroom has zip & link twin beds.

Perfect for families, couples and mixed singles aged 25 plus only.

This property does NOT accept pets.

Please note this apartment does not have a parking space. There is however a long stay car park directly behind the zinc building which weekly passes can be purchased from the Cornwall Gov website.

For insurance purposes we are unable to accept groups of any description or couples under 25 and will not be able to confirm your booking.
