My studio apartment offers breathtaking views of the Pacific with close proximity to bustling Waikiki and world-famous Ala Moana. A five minute walk to the beach and free parking make this one-of-a-kind studio perfect for your Hawaiian stay.
Aloha and E Komo Mai (Welcome) to my 36th floor studio situated on the edge of Waikiki. Enjoy the convenience of nearby shops, restaurants, nightlife and pristine beaches all within walking distance from your front door.
My studio is best suited for 2 and is a great alternative to a traditional hotel room. Here you'll find all the comforts of home and then some. Feel free to use my beach mats, beach towels, snorkels/masks and boogie boards during your stay. :-)
The unit has incredible ocean views that truly fill the space with a serene, peaceful feeling you can only get in Hawaii. You'll be happy having breakfast watching surfers and gazing at iconic Diamond Head Crater in the distance.
The studio's equipped with a stylish bathroom complete with tiled shower and granite-top vanity and a kitchen nook that has a full-sized fridge, 2 burner electric stove, microwave, sink, toaster and coffee maker. Making use of this space for light meals or snacks is easy and convenient as we provide cutlery, pots, pans, cutting boards, basic spices, cooking utensils and more.
Please help yourself to Hawaiian coffee, island juice, bottled water, chocolates and a rotating variety of local goodies :)
The king-sized bed sleeps 2 comfortably and we have outfitted the unit with complimentary Wi-Fi and flat-screen cable t.v. Air conditioning outfits the unit as well.
One parking stall is included in your rate! This is great news as parking runs anywhere between $20-$40 per night at local garages.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to building maintenance, one of the two elevators is not running and the building is being serviced by one elevator. Please be advised that during peak hours, wait times for elevator can be longer than usual. I apologize for the inconvenience, but know that sometimes things operate on island time.
Guests will have a FOB that will grant them access to the condo's lobby, pool and hot tub. You can also make use of the ground level gas grill and pool lounge area. Coin laundry is available (though you can use our provided laundry detergent for free).
You will be provided with a gate opener that will grant you access to your secured parking stall in the condo's garage upon check-in.
Parking is included for free. However, if you would like to do without a car, you'd be perfectly fine taking The Bus or walking around.
Interaction with guests
I will coordinate with guests on their arrival times and meet you to exchange keys and show you around. We will teach you how to use the FOB for entry and exit. We live nearby, so if you have any questions or concerns (or just need dinner recommendation), we're always available by phone. Other than that, you're free to enjoy the privacy of our studio on during your trip.
For the times I am unable to meet you in person, I will give you directions to my lock box on the ground floor and you can let yourself in.
Other things to note
Please feel free to use the laundry soap if you need to do a load, use the provided toiletries (shaving cream, razors, shampoo, conditioner, body wash), towels and hair dryer. Also all taxes and fees are included in the listed price. W82910625-01

I hope that you treat my space with respect and aloha while staying. Please no smoking anywhere on the premises, including the pool area. I love pets, but it's a pet free building, so leave Fido at home. No large parties, please. Please observe quiet hours from 10 p.m.-8 a.m. Don't toss anything out the window. A $100 fee will be charged for lost FOB/Keys & a separate $100 charge will be assessed for lost Garage Door Opener.
Also, if you have any questions or concerns, please contact me directly.

I'm Jonathan, a Hawaii native who loves sharing all the awesome things about these islands with others! I both live and work in Honolulu and am happy to share with you the coolest spots, tourist or otherwise, around the island. Fun fact: I used to live in an RV on the mainland for 2 years, traveling and working my way from Yellowstone National Park to Southern California and everywhere in between.
I love traveling off-the-beaten path but definitely appreciate everything great about a place, including awesome places to eat and drink. If you ever need a recommendation about where to find some Ono (delicious) food, don't hesitate to ask!
I love the outdoors, hiking, swimming (in waterfalls and beyond), kayaking, sunbathing and going on adventures all over the island. Catching sunsets over the Pacific isn't bad either.
I hope you enjoy your time in Hawaii and find you love it as much as I do. Aloha!
