Other things to note

The apartment offers walking distance to the beach, and has a private terrace with sea views. There is a living room with large sofa bed and TV, a well-equipped kitchen with microwave, hob and fridge, and the private bathroom has a shower and a bath. Bed linen, kitchenware and towels are included.

Cabopino Golf Course is 1.5 km away. The centre of Marbella is less than 20 minutes by car.

Apartment was well furnished (if a little dated) but that didn't bother us given the amount we paid. What we loved was the fact it's a top floor apartment with spectacular views (Cabopino Harbour wall is visible) and with a very large balcony which got the sun most of the day. There is a roof terrace accessed up another flight of stairs but we didn't need to use it given the balcony had plenty of sun. We found the apartment was ample for myself, my Wife and our 6 year old Son. The apartment was exactly as we expected it to be. There were a few issues that we encountered like having to work out how to get the water on and then getting hot water. We were also disappointed that despite the apartment being advertised as having air conditioning it didn't actually work! That being said there were two fans which were provided. Calahonda Royale is a very well maintained series of apartment blocks with communal pools. The pool in our phase was very large, with very well maintained gardens. We chose the apartment as it is close to Cabopino Harbour however; what we didn't realise was that it's actually ideally situated for La Luna Beach with just a short down hill walk to the underpass which leads onto the beach. Near here there's also a Supersol supermarket and some other smaller shops (very handy). We found Muriel at Calahonda Estates lovely and very helpful she couldn't do enough for us when we met her to collect the keys at her office. She clearly explained how to enter the complex and reach the apartment etc. She was also on hand when we had the issue with the water and explained what we needed to do and was then available should we have any other issues (we didn't). Many thanks for the opportunity to book this apartment. We really enjoyed our stay!

Nice place to be. Safe and pleasant. 100% clean, like new. All necessary stuff are there. Shopping center few minute walking from the apartment. A real nice stay.
