Not a great experience. Diletta was very nice, but she didn't speak any English, so we had to communicate trough (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) Translate. And that was just awful. She didn't provide us any map, bus lines or something that can help us. Should have notified us that she don't speak even basic English before we book.
The place is far from Trapani. Close to the beach, 50 meters maybe, but also 50 minutes of walking just to get to the begging of old town in Trapani. I repeat 50 minutes, not 15 or 20.
5 out of 10 days we didn't get the breakfast cause we left early around 7 a.m., but here is an image of our breakfast when we got one: (URL HIDDEN)
This is not a breakfast, this is a coffee with two plastic cups and ripped on two parts napkin. And the description says breakfast included. Through the previous reviews I read that she made tropical fruits breakfast. None of that.
Although it was middle of August, her mother didn't allowed us to use the fridge and we were limited to freeze one bottle of 2 liter water per day. Once again, in the middle of August when it was hot and with humidity. I get that we weren't allowed to use the kitchen, but to limit the fridge in August is something crazy and I still can't understand. And I'm talking about water or some other basic needs like milk, some medicine or juices.
At the picture you can see a beautiful balcony, but we didn't saw it during our time since we weren't allowed to go to the balcony.
The most positive thing about the whole stay was the cleanliness. The bathroom and the room were very clean. Although during our stay without our knowledge our room was cleaned twice which is something that really pissed me off. You should notify before you enter someone's privacy.
We didn't felt like we were welcomed at all and couldn't wait to go out of the apartment.
Around the place you won't find any restaurant of pizzeria to have a dinner, so my advice is to rent a car. Pretty dark at nights and everything is too far for a walk.
