Character & charm! Do you like to stroll/drive streets lined with gracious older residences? The loft is a 3-room suite (uniquely situated on the 3rd floor of a turn-of-the-century house. NO CLEANING FEES & FREE PARKING. One queen bed accommodates 2 people (no extra beds). Guests can access local sports employers like UPMC, Carnegie Mellon, and Uni. Pittsburgh. The style of the home reflects an artistic sensibility. Coffee & tea service provided. Longer stays available upon request

The space
Your private suite is located on the third floor of the house. It includes one queen bedroom, which includes a work area, a bright TV room filled with afternoon sun, and a kitchenette/coffee room. There is one Queen bed. There are no additional mattresses, sofa beds, or other beds provided.

This is a self-catered apartment with only coffee and tea service provided. A private guest bathroom is located on the 2nd floor.

Guest access
In addition to the private suite, guests can access the living/sitting rooms located on the 1st floor. Likewise, they are free to enjoy the front porch (nice old porch swing), or they might retire to the back of the house to soak up the peace and tranquility of the shade garden (weather permitting).

Other things to note
Due to the suite location on the 3rd floor, guests must be able to ascend stairs unassisted (2 flights). There are also 11 steps from the street to the front door of the house (pictured). Elderly people and those with disabilities/mobility issues might not find this to be ideal. Please message me to discuss if you have concerns.

Plenty of free street parking is always available.
