Two minutes walk from Villa Fiorelli, nearby Pigneto area, a Design Studio Loft composed by a big space with open kitchen and living room, one bathroom, a cosy bedroom and my studio room.
In the loft you can find a collection of selected design object (some of them made by my studio) and street art paintings.
For the kitchen use I may ask you to follow some rules that I'll explain you on your arrival.
Interaction with guests
I will be there to welcome you to my Loft, give you a brief induction and answer any questions you may have, about our accommodation, the area, what to do and see, etc
During your stay, I will always be reachable to help should you need it, but I won't be around unless you need me.
I'm a very good cooker so if you want I can offer you the possibility to prepare a dinner for you and to taste the best Carbonara in town!
The neighborhood is very quiet and traditional crossed by old roman aqueduct.
Five minutes walking from Pigneto Area, a very nice district full of restaurants and bars.
Seven minutes walking from Stazione Tuscolana train station easy to reach directly from Fiumicino Airport
Metro Station: Ponte Lungo - lin Piazza Lodi - line C
Buses: line 105 and 16 from Termini Statioline 85 for city center
Other things to note
In the house there is an old nice cat, Zumpi.
Our Loft is a shoe free zone and the smoking area is on the balcony.
We recently refurbished our loft and we are very happy about it, so all we ask you is to treat it like your own.

Valerio Ciampicacigli is a multidisciplinary product & interior designer and creative director.
Founder of Paula Studio, recently he has invited as teacher at Istituto Quasar in Rome.He is mainly focused on the development and design of products and furniture, interior design projects and visual identities. He graduated in Industrial Design and started his activity in Rome in 2007. Thanks to the experience acquired working across industrial design, interior, advertising and comunication as free lance being responsible of both national and international clients, Valerio Ciampicacigli developed a planning method that combines, traditions, a unique creativity and problem solving. His work has been published worldwide including Monitor (Russia), Case da Abitare (China), AD (Italy),and the 2008 ADI Design Index (Italy).
He has attended as a teacher a “Industrial Design Laboratory” course at “La Sapienza” University as assistant of prof. Carlo Martino.

Il suo lavoro si concerta principalmente nel design di prodotti e complementi d’arredo, progetti di architettura d’interni e identità visiva. Si laurea nel 2007 presso la Facoltà di Disegno Industriale di Roma dove inizia la sua attività. Grazie ad esperienze e collaborazioni avviate in questi anni, sia in ambito design che nella comunicazione visiva e art direction come free lance, è diventato responsabile per clienti nazionali e internazionali, sviluppando un metodo di lavoro che combina tradizione, creatività e capacità nel risolvere problemi semplici e complessi.
