Situated on the south coast, this place delights visitors seeking a more quiet and bucolic option. An old fisherman's house was completely remodeled with warmth and charm and from any room in the house you get the feeling of being at sea.

The space
Praia de Tabatinga. A beach situated on the southern coast of the state Rio Grande do Norte (Pipa and Buzio), is a place that enchants visitors seeking a more quiet and bucolic option. It is ideal for surfing, kitesurfing, paragliding, and fishing and it invites for walks. You can also observe the dolphins and sea turtles. Olny 30 min. from Ponta Negra beach, Natal.

What was once an old fisherman's house, is now a house completely remodeled trying to keep its warmth. Each room (suite, dining room, bathroom, kitchen, living room, deck and garden) has a view of the Atlantic Ocean, which gives you the feeling of being at sea and from which you can enjoy the ballet of dolphins and diving turtles with frequency.

The house comprises a total of 3 people, ideal for a couple with a child or a friend. It is located only 30 minutes from Natal and the fisherman’s residence is undoubtedly a place of charm.

THE HOUSE
Despite having about 120 square meters, the fisherman’s residence was not designed to serve large numbers of people. It features a suite with a closet and a balcony overlooking the sea. The house is ideal for 3 people. It houses comfortably a couple accompanied by a child or a third adult.

One suite with a closet and a balcony, kitchen, dining room, living room, one extra bathroom with shower, deck and a garden with lawn. All environments have a wonderful view of the sea.

SURROUNDINGS
Highly sought by foreign guests and culinary enthusiasts, the house is located only 80 meters from a fishermen village where you can buy fresh fish and arrange boat trips to sea.

A few meters from the house (15 minute walk) is the viewpoint of the Dolphins (Mirante dos Golfinhos), which is located on a cliff giving a beautiful view of the sea and dunes.

Walking along the beach, just fifteen minutes from the fisherman village, you arrive at the beach called Praia de Camurupim, which is formed by reefs and natural pools and is ideal for bathing. At low tide it is possible to visit Pedra Oca, a cave under the reefs.

On the same circuit without the need of a car, you arrive in a lagoon called Lagoa de Arituba, one of many scattered throughout the city of Nísia Floresta, great for bath and equipped with overhead cables, kayaks and tents with snacks and seafood.

A little further, the beach Praia de Barreta is likewise formed by reefs and natural pools. Malembar is the place where you take the ferry to cross to the beach of Tibau do Sul, Pipa (25km from home) and other south coast beaches. Inward the territory you can visit the city of Nísia Floresta that enchants all with its landscape full of coconut trees and palms, typically tropical!
