The space
Large 1 bedroom condo on a quiet residential cul-de-sac, dog friendly, large fenced front yard, 3.5 block walk to the beach. Some boat parking available. Queen bed in the bedroom with a sofa sleeper in the living area. All electric kitchen including dishwasher. Dog fee is $10 per night per dog. No cats please.

Wahoo is a quiet end unit in our 4-plex. The shared front yard is totally fenced and has lush green grass, no sticker burrs, no sand, for people and pets alike. It is like a private dog park for our guests, with community outdoor furniture where you can relax, have a cocktail, and let your dogs run around off leash! The back has a shaded patio and grill, picnic tables and off street parking. Wahoo Quarters has one assigned parking space; additional vehicles may park on the street on front of your unit.

Other things to note
Visitors to Port Aransas pay a total lodging tax of 13% per trip. Airbnb collects the State of Texas 6% hotel tax and your host collects the 7% City of Port Aransas hotel tax directly and pays it to the city each month. Additionally, if you bring a pet (dogs only), there is a $10/per pet per night fee that we add to that city tax, and collect directly from you a couple of days before your arrival.
