Come and stay in this beautiful 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in Bates-Hendricks, one of Indy’s most popular neighborhoods! Less than a mile from both downtown and Fountain Square, Bates-Hendricks is primarily residential, making it a comfortable and convenient home for your family or friends. Freshly updated with new granite countertops, appliances, and bathroom tiling, this single-family home has a spacious dining room, game room, backyard, and living area ready for your next great adventure!

The space
Complete with a work-from-home space, two-player basketball game, and full laundry room, this home is perfect for a family on the go or a group of friends in town for an event! The backyard is fully enclosed and includes a propane grill. One bedroom and bath are located on the main floor, while the other three bedrooms and bath are upstairs. A twin bed can be added to the game room upon request.

The Bates-Hendricks neighborhood is located right at the junction of 65 and 70, allowing for convenient travel to other areas of Indy. Packed with unique houses, this neighborhood was a frequent feature on HGTV's Good Bones.

For entertainment and dining, you can walk, bike, or take electric scooters to Lucas Oil Stadium, Gainbridge Fieldhouse, The HIFI Music Venue, and more! Nearby Fountain Square contains numerous well-rated restaurants, coffee shops, and small stores, and the neighborhood’s own coffee shop, Lincoln Lane Coffee Co, is half a mile away.

Pets are permitted with host approval. With that in mind, the cleaners do their best to clean up after prior guests' furry family members.

Any guest traveling with pets agree to the following Pet Agreement:
1) Guests agrees not to allow pets on beds or furniture.
2) Guests agree that they are solely responsible for their pet and agree to keep their pet under control at all times.
3) Guests agree to keep their pet restrained, but not tethered, when it is outside.
4) Guests agree not to leave their pet unattended for unreasonable periods.
5) Guests agree to clean up after their pet and to dispose of their pet's waste properly and quickly.
6) Guests agree not to leave food or water for their pet or any other animal outside where it may attract other animals.
7) Guests agree to keep their pet from being unnecessarily noisy or aggressive and causing any annoyance or discomfort to others.
8) Guests agree to notify the host and be willing to pay for any damage, loss, or expense caused by their pet.
9) Guests agree to pay for pest infestation services if needed resulting from pets allowed in the property.
