My apt is located in a very charming and bucolic former monastery, close to several gardens, on the right bank of Paris. Bedroom, living-room and separate kitchen, all of them with full-length windows on sun. Elegant, bucolic, charming, clean, quiet, light.

House Rules

As for rules for the apartment: I request guests to be quiet and respectful as the walls are thin and I maintain a very good relationship with my neighbors. It is not a place for parties or loud music. Nor a place for small children, as the windows are high.

I normally rent to academics, artists, teachers, writers, business-people, individuals or couples, who wish a beautiful quiet place to work in tranquility while visiting Paris. No smoking or pets. I also ask that no shoes be worn in the bedrooms, as it's a carpeted floor.

The apartment must be left in the same condition it was given to you, with the garbage disposed, all dishes washed and put away and all heaters turned off.

What is most important to me in a rental is open and frank communication. I most appreciate clear communication, direct questions and quick turn-around.

We had a wonderful time in Paris. We didn't get to meet Pedro, but we very much enjoyed chatting with his Roommate. I would highly recommend staying here.

It's my first time to live in an airbnb house in Paris. located in the central Paris and very easy to get to the subway station.Pedro is very nice and provides me very useful information about Paris. His roommate is also very talkative, we had a very meaningful conversation at the last night. Very cosy flat and very clean, everything in the house is in order.

We stayed in Pedro's place, but he was on holidays, so his flatmate Gaël was our host. He is really nice person, very talkative, interested in others cultures. He was so nice that he bought a special french cake to show us a little french tradition ;) And about the place... The apartment is very well situated, 5 minutes to the metro station, lots of cafe, bars and shops around. The apartment is big, tidy and our bed was very comfortable. Gaël let us to use all the stuff in the kitchen, but we stayed just for weekend so we even didn't have time to cook. In brief I recommande and I would like to stay there again.

Pedro was very communicative leading up to our stay, however, most of our interaction was with his roommate, Gael. The apartment was beautiful and had a very old school, Parisian Bohemian feel. Gael made us very comfortable and we greatly enjoyed our stay.

Pedro's place was great. It's very close to a metro station, which makes getting around very easy. There's also bakeries and stores nearby, which is very convenient. Lots of great bars and restaurants as well. The apartment is very cute too.

I am a Master student of cinema at the University of Paris. When I travel on my holidays I use to rent my home to pay for my lodging elsewhere. I love having people stay in my apartment and enjoy it, as it is special, and why not share? I also love staying in other people's homes, and have had good fortune on Airbnb and other sites with finding great spots. I have met many great people in my rentals over the last four years.
