Quaint 2 bedroom and 2 full bath trailer with a relaxing screened in porch and outside patio, includes gas grill. Property includes play set and basketball court, as well as two fire pits with beautiful lookouts over lake Monroe.

The space
The home has a great view of the lake from inside and out. It's in the midst of trees and nature which makes it a very quiet and relaxing spot. The huge porch and patio adds a great space to enjoy the view.

About 15 minute drive to downtown Bloomington and close to other entertainment options such as two golf courses (one is a 3 minute drive, the other is less than 10 minutes), beaches and kid friendly parks.

The trailer fits 4 people for a comfortable sleep, that includes a queen bed, full bed, and a single floor bed that could fit 5 people total.

Families with children (under 12) please be aware that the property and house are not child proof, so please keep an extra close eye on them. Thank you!

Trailer is on a large privately owned property with our house right up the driveway, by the main road and Aaron's parents house closer to the lake.

Close by there is a drive-in movie theater and a few restaurants with a 5 minute drive. As well as a State Park with boats and jet skis to rent and a public beach. Right across the street from the property is a Yogi Bears Jellystone park ground with a small water park and fun things for kids to do.
