Delightful 3/4 bedroom maisonette, 5 minutes from Buckingham Palace. The property provides 2 living rooms and 2 kitchens, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and free high speed broadband (WiFi).

Bedroom 1 has a double bed, bedside table, clothes storage.

Bedroom 2 has a double bed, bedside table, clothes storage and a flat screen TV.

Bedroom 3 has a double bed, bedside table, clothes storage and a flat screen TV.

Both living room areas have a double sofa bed each, coffee table and a large screen digital television.

Both kitchens are fully equipped with electric hobs, oven, extractor fan, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, utensils, plates and cutlery.

Bathroom 1 comes fully equipped with a bathtub, shower, toilet and wash basin.

Bathroom 2 comes equipped with shower, toilet and wash basin.

Also provided in the apartment is an iron and ironing board and a hair dryer.

For families with babies & toddlers, high chair and travel cot facilities are available on request.

The apartment is located over 4 floors with no lift.

Please note there is no air-conditioning in the flat. Freestanding fans can be provided, if needed.
The fireplace is only a feature and not operational.

The guests have full exclusive access to the entire apartment.

Guests are provided with a 24 hour emergency number.

Our normal office opening hours are 10am to 6pm, Monday – Friday. If however you have any problems outside these times you can call the OFF SITE reception for assistance.

Other things to note

Except for cots, bed linen is provided. Please take your own bed linen for cots.
One towel per person is provided.

Linen and towels are changed once a week for bookings exceeding 7 nights.

Where Wi-Fi is an advertised facility please note that its provision is subject to availability and network conditions.

Check-in is after 3pm. Apartments and Key(s) are not available before this time.

When you arrive you will need to collect the key at an OFF-SITE 24 hour reception:
Broad Court, Bow Street, London WC2B 5QZ.
It is 15 minutes from the apartment and you will be given a map and directions.

LUGGAGE
Unfortunately we do not have any facilities to store luggage.
If you need to store your luggage, Victoria train station offer secure, manned storage facilities.

CHECK-OUT PROCEDURE
Check-out is at 11am.
You will be charged an extra day if you check out after this time.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT
Credit card details are required as a security deposit. We check the property after you leave and we do request that tenants are honest about any breakage they may have caused.
£50 will be deducted from the damage deposit for loss of any key.

ALL FLATS ARE NON SMOKING.
Smoking is strictly not permitted within our apartment.
You will be charged £100 for smoking in the flat.

NOISE
This is a quiet building. We accept guests to keep the noise to a minimum and to behave in a courteous and respectful manner to their neighbours at all times.

Guests must not hold parties in our apartment.
No more than the agreed number of guests is allowed to visit/stay in the apartment.

This apartment is in a very convenient location. We were able to walk to many of the areas that we wanted to explore and it is very close to the St. James Park metro station. The restaurants in the area are great and there are convenience stores and coffee shops close by as well. We traveled as a family of 5 adults and found the beds to be comfortable and the living room large enough for us to all gather together.

The location was central to everything. We were able to walk to all tourist sites and see downtown London. John was a great host.

We travelled as a family group of 9 persons and the accommodation suited us well. The location of the apartment is within walkin distance of many attractions and several tube stations. The electrical lock is convenient so that people could come and go as they pleased without the need of worrying about keys. The rooms where nice and warm even during winter time. Kitchen had all the necessities for cooking breakfast and that was enough for us. There is not much traffic near the building but some of the neighbors where a bit noisy during the night. Also the one of the bedrooms has a skylight window and since there where no curtains for it the room was quite bright during the morning. I would recommend this apartment for other groups but I think it is best suited for groups of maximum 8 persons otherwise there is no common space since the kitchens are quite small.

It was very inconvenient when we checked in. We had to waited in cold winter, standing out of the house for almost 30 mins. However, if the house owner contacted me before I checked in or told me what should I do when I arrived at London, I could have save £20 which is the taxi fee to the house owner place. Admittedly, if I contacted the house owner, things could be different. I was very disappointed when I first got into the house. The drain pipe didn't work, the heating pipe didn't work and the neighborhood was super annoyed. After I talked with the house owner, they sent a worker, problems solved. The location of the house is perfect! I only need to walk 5-10min to so many popular spots, like Westminster abbey, the Big Ben... Because of the house, we had a great time in London and enjoyed our family time! Thank u!

My family stayed in the 2 apartments on Chadwick St and it worked out great. The good about the apartments-Great location, quiet neighborhood, clean, near 2 grocery stores, close to restaurants, had toiletries of soap, shampoo & conditioner, beds were comfortable, had lock codes instead of keys to the apartment which we found handy, had wifi and it worked in the lower apt, close to 2 underground stations and has washer and dryers. The downside of the apartments-The lower apt has air-conditioning units the upstairs apt does not and definitely does need it. If you get hot easily, do not rent the upstairs apt. If you open the windows for some air then the bugs get in due to no screens on the windows. The downstairs apt only has 2 windows so I suspect that is why it has the air units. The air unit in the kitchen has an electrical issue though and did not operate most of the time. The towel warmed in the downstairs apt stays on all the time and is burning hot so be careful of it. There are no dressers. I would recommend replacing the desks/vanity in the bedrooms with dressers. My husband had his cloths on the shelving unit in the living room area because he had no place for his cloths. My son's room in the upper apt had a bed and a desk. It would have been nice to have a dresser in that room. The bathroom shower in the bottom apt has only half a shower door so water would get all over the bathroom. I even tried to turn down the pressure of the shower but that did not help. There is poor electric in the lower apt, light bulbs were blowing out all the time. I suspect there is no cable because the tv's in both apt's turned on but nothing would come on them and there were no directions in the apt's to help out. The wifi would not reach the upstairs apt bedroom's, a booster would help. The kitchen's are not for cooking dinners in but fine enough for breakfast and lunch. The Washer was also a dryer which was cool but it took about 2 hours to wash and 3 to dry. Neat concept though of having the washer and dryer as the same unit. It saves on space but not efficient. Overall, it is a fine place to stay. As I said the location is great. A restaurant in the area which we recommend is Sapori Cafe, 60 Horseferry Rd about 600m from apt. Large servings and very good. Not many tables but very friendly and good. The pub across the street is also good but closed on weekends. We enjoyed our stay in London and were happy enough with the apartments.

All of London's other top tourist attractions can be reached quickly and easily via bus or the underground network.
