Delightful 3/4 bedroom maisonette, 5 minutes from Buckingham Palace. The property provides 2 living rooms and 2 kitchens, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and free high speed broadband (WiFi).
Bedroom 1 has a double bed, bedside table, clothes storage.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed, bedside table, clothes storage and a flat screen TV.
Bedroom 3 has a double bed, bedside table, clothes storage and a flat screen TV.
Both living room areas have a double sofa bed each, coffee table and a large screen digital television.
Both kitchens are fully equipped with electric hobs, oven, extractor fan, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, utensils, plates and cutlery.
Bathroom 1 comes fully equipped with a bathtub, shower, toilet and wash basin.
Bathroom 2 comes equipped with shower, toilet and wash basin.
Also provided in the apartment is an iron and ironing board and a hair dryer.
For families with babies & toddlers, high chair and travel cot facilities are available on request.
The apartment is located over 4 floors with no lift.
Please note there is no air-conditioning in the flat. Freestanding fans can be provided, if needed.
The fireplace is only a feature and not operational.
The guests have full exclusive access to the entire apartment.

Guests are provided with a 24 hour emergency number.
Our normal office opening hours are 10am to 6pm, Monday – Friday. If however you have any problems outside these times you can call the OFF SITE reception for assistance.
Other things to note
Except for cots, bed linen is provided. Please take your own bed linen for cots.
One towel per person is provided.
Linen and towels are changed once a week for bookings exceeding 7 nights.
Where Wi-Fi is an advertised facility please note that its provision is subject to availability and network conditions.
We expect guests to treat the apartment with the same care and respect they would treat their own home.
Check-in is after 3pm. Apartments and Key(s) are not available before this time.
When you arrive you will need to collect the key at an OFF-SITE 24 hour reception:
Broad Court, Bow Street, London WC2B 5QZ.
It is 15 minutes from the apartment and you will be given a map and directions.
Unfortunately we do not have any facilities to store luggage.
If you need to store your luggage, Victoria train station offer secure, manned storage facilities.
Check-out is at 11am.
You will be charged an extra day if you check out after this time.
Credit card details are required as a security deposit. We check the property after you leave and we do request that tenants are honest about any breakage they may have caused.
£50 will be deducted from the damage deposit for loss of any key.
ALL FLATS ARE NON SMOKING.
Smoking is strictly not permitted within our apartment.
You will be charged £100 for smoking in the flat.
This is a quiet building. We accept guests to keep the noise to a minimum and to behave in a courteous and respectful manner to their neighbours at all times.
Guests must not hold parties in our apartment.
No more than the agreed number of guests is allowed to visit/stay in the apartment.

Covent Garden, Oxford Street, Embankment, Soho, The London eye, The British Museum, Leicester Square, Piccadilly Circus, Trafalgar Square and The Royal opera house are just minutes walk away.
All of London's other top tourist attractions can be reached quickly and easily via bus or the underground network.
