Interaction with guests
I am usually not in Tucson when my guests arrive. I currently live in Colorado, but visit Tucson whenever I get a chance. If I happen to be there, and see that you are not busy, I will introduce myself but I know you are not coming to see me! Otherwise, I am always available by phone, and I have a caretaker for the property to take care of any and all problems and help with whatever you need, who lives just across the street!
Other things to note
The bathroom in this house is simple and small, but clean and adequate! I say this because it is the original! It is well equipped with a blow dryer, soap, shampoo, toothpaste, if you forget yours, and clean fluffy white towels! There is a new air conditioning unit and heating unit in the house.
Please be respectful of the neighbors. There is no smoking inside the house!I request that events, parties be approved and unfortunately, we no longer accept pets. Pet exceptions will be made for guests that have been returning and have had a pet visit before, or would be willing to offer the housekeeper a non-refundable, deep cleaning pet deposit! Thank you!

I am an active, energetic mother of three children and three beautiful grandchildren. I was born and raised in Tucson, my parents and grandparents also were native Arizonans. I am married to a forester and we have had the fortune of living many places, but home has always been the desert. My husband Rick and I live in Boulder, Colorado with our two sons and our daughter, their spouses and our beautiful grandchildren.
