The space
**Please make sure that your are comfortable with the layout of the apartment before booking. This is a small studio apartment. The main sleeping area is a sofa-bed in the living room. There is also a mezzanine with a double mattress, however the ceilings are very low. It is also only accessible via a ladder. So whoever sleeps in the mezzanine will need to be comfortable with this.

Also be aware that there is no bedrooms in the flat. The mezzanine and living area are connected/share the same space.

It is a tight space for four people. So only book for more than two guests if you are comfortable with this.

This is a small, bright studio apartment, approx. 13m2. There is a brand new comfortable sofa bed and dining table with two chairs in the living area. Please be aware that the sofa bed is located under a skylight and gets a lot of light :) Bedding is in the closet near the entrance. There is one pillow and one single comforter per person. You also have a kitchenette and bathroom with walk in shower. We provide one towel per person. While there is a large skylight in the apt, there is only one window. It is controlled automatically on the wall by the entrance.

Other things to note
Please be aware that this is a bright apartment that gets a lot of light from the skylight. We have installed an automatic cover that you can use to cut the light. The controls are on the wall by the door.

Please try to leave the window in the skylight cracked a little at all times. Due to the changes in temperature the skylight can collect condensation and having the window cracked helps stop this.

There is also a dehumidifier in the corner. Please leave it on at all times. This really helps climatize the room.

Also, if you are booking for three people, can please be aware that this is a studio apt with a mezzanine. While the mezzanine does provide some privacy, you are sharing the space with the guests sleeping in the sofa bed.

Also, the mezzanine is only to be used for
bookings of three people. It will s very small and can be difficult to access so please make sure you are confortable with accessing it.

The linens for the mezzanine bed will be provided to you in the closet.

The neighborhood is a small cosmos of everything you need. It be a bakery, fine dining, shopping, cafés, antiquities, Bar à Vin's. A 15 min walk from major Parisian sights, such as Notre Dame, Louvre, Le Marais, Centre Pompidou and much more. Rue Montorgeuil is a lovely street, but we find the side streets of the area just as exciting and it is here we find our golden nuggets.
Paris is known for it's many hidden passages and we are lucky to have Passage Du Grand-Cerf just a stones throw away. It is a visit worthy! Amazing little boutiques and beautifully kept.
