We ask you to inform us of your arrival time in Venice upon receipt of reservation confirmation in order to have the apartment ready and welcome you on time.
Check-in is at 14:00 and Check-out is at 11:00am. However, should the apartment be available the day before or after, we will be pleased to consider your needs.
City tax not included: 1,50 euro per person per day for guests over 12, applies up to 5 days.
All arrivals after 9 pm will have an extra charge of 30 Euros as a “late arrival” fee.
All our apartments provide fresh linen and towels.
The apartment will be cleaned at the end of every stay. Additional cleaning can be provided on request.
The client should leave the apartment clear of any rubbish and the kitchen and all utensils should be left clean at the time of departure.

I stayed here 3 nights--we were 2 couples. The apartment was as described, very clean, and wifi worked great. Location was perfect--close to bus & train stations and far enough away from mobs of tourists. We arrived around midnight and Mirco arranged for his colleague to meet us and walk us to the apartment, which was a nice surprise. Just before we arrived, his colleague called and said another guy was going to meet us instead. When we got to the apartment he told us he needed to take pictures of our passports. We refused and he called his colleague, who also tried to talk us into it. Then he told us we needed to pay a city tax in addition to the airbnb fee we'd already paid. Again we refused, and started to feel very uneasy about this place. (I contacted airbnb and they told me not to give our passports or more money). The next morning Mirco's colleague came by to give us some tips on what to do in Venice. He was a great guy, and made us feel better about the shadiness of the previous evening. Again, the apartment itself was a nice place to stay, aside from having to buy our own handsoap & toilet paper, but please keep in mind you are not required to provide additional identification or money (unless clearly stated in listing) through Airbnb.

Dear Beth, I am sorry about your ignorance and about Airbnb staff ignorance. We are obliged to ask for passports and send them to the police departments within 24 hours. As well as the city tax (written on the house rules), we have to collect it from the guests and pay it every 3 mounths. You have been lucky because, by my side, I wouldn't let you in.

Mirco was a great host, and his associate Dilan was a huge help in getting us from the train station to the apartment. The apartment was very charming, modern and extremely spacious. A surprising departure from what I expected in a Venetian apartment. The neighborhood is in a quiet part of town, embedded among the locals, and only a 10-20 minute walk from everything you may want to see. If you want to avoid the tourist traps, without being TOO far away, this is the place for you. The only downside was the unreliable wifi. Because internet is provided via a cellular hotspot, and not a dedicated cable modem/router, getting connected (and staying connected) was a difficult task that we often gave up on. Otherwise, we loved it here!

The apartment was in a great location: centra enough to get to all major places but not in the heart of all the tourists. Awesome to have great little restaurants nearby, including la zucca and ae ocho pizzaria. The wifi sadly didn't work after our first day but even so, we would definitely stay there again!

Mirco's place in Venice was absolutely beautiful - with a great master bedroom, pull out couch, and a giant kitchen and bathroom the apartment comfortably slept four people very nicely! We enjoyed our stay as all in the city was easily accessible from the apartment and Mirco and his co-worker Dilan were very helpful in helping us organize our stay! Would highly recommend this apartment!

All was perfect. My travel to Venice went well so I was on time for my arrival at the apartment -- and happily, Micro was as well. The apartment was lovely and Micro was professional and courteous in showing me the accommodations. I often stay in private apartments in Venice (as opposed to hotels) and Micro's apartment was very comfortable by Venetian standards. Bathroom, kitchen and A/C were all relatively new and worked well. I have no criticisms at all!
