Anton and Alison's place was absolutely wonderful! Ideally located for a getaway with lovely walks around the farm on footpaths. Easy access to local towns, however, having a car is necessary! Beautiful views from the barn and everything you could need in the way of kitchen ameni…

The most perfect place possible to have time away surrounded by beautiful dartmoor waiting to be explored. The Lower Barn is so comfy, warm and welcoming with great books and local tips. Feel very lucky to have stayed there; two days was not enough!!

We are Dartmoor hill farmers who (mostly!) love living and working on Dartmoor. We farm cattle, sheep and Dartmoor ponies. Anton is 5th generation to live here. It is a busy life as in addition to the large farm we run a sawmill and timber business, have 3 children, sit on lo…
