Please note that the blinds must not be used when there are any objects on the balcony, as this can damage the motor. Guests will be charged for any repairs if the motor is broken due to misuse.

Late check-ins incur a mandatory fee as follows:

From 18:00: €35

From 19:00: €40

From 20:00: €45

From 21:00: €50

From 22:00: €60

From 23:00: €65

This fee must be paid in cash upon arrival. The latest possible check-in time is 23:00.

For security reasons, please do not leave the keys in the door lock. Guests will be charged for any lost keys or lockouts.

A mandatory monthly cleaning fee of €50 also applies, covering regular maintenance to keep the apartment in top condition.

All these fees are compulsory and must be paid as stated.
