The recording studio is terrific place to come to unwind or use as a hub for exploring Kentucky's country side. The house is not fancy but has all the necessities you'll need wether it be before a day or a week. The house was clean and well prepped for us, Randall responded to any questions we had quickly and efficiently. The studio created a nice ambiance for enjoying our visit to Kentucky and we would come back in a heart beat.

The studio seamed unusual lodging for a family vacation, but proved to be a wonderfully unique experience. Featuring beautiful scenery, and a comfortable, peaceful environment, super affordable, and Randall is extremely helpful and easy to deal with!!!

Prior reviews have done an excellent job detailing the many unique qualities of this property. I won't belabor that. The house is large, very comfortable .

Fun place! Very spacious, very secluded. Bring food - its a far way to any restaurant. Also, make sure you go outside in the middle of the night - the star show will blow you away! The studio was unique and interesting with lots of room for our group to spread out. It's difficult to get the layout from the photos, so here goes - there's a large living/dining/kitchen area, a bedroom (queen bed) off that with the only bath off the bedroom. Then there's a smaller sitting area, and behind that, a room with a single daybed. Two pullout sofas in the house, too. There are also small "studio" rooms off of the small sitting area and daybed area. Randall and Shelia were great - came by and were very helpful telling us things to do and the history of the building. Cell phone for Sprint and Verizon was good. Internet was understandably slow, as it's a very secluded area, but we could check emails, etc. House is the first building on the left down the road. All in all, a great place; fun history, terrific price for the very spacious accomodations, and wonderful, friendly people running it. Stay here!

The place was amazing. We only stayed for a night, it was everything we were looking for. We would definitely stay again, if we make it out this way again.

Randall was a great host, he kept in touch and was very accommodating. The place is really beautiful and clean inside, and there is a ton of space. We spent the morning drinking coffee on the porch, it is a secluded area with a beautiful view and very close to some awesome parks. We want to come back! :)
