The space
The cottage is tastefully furnished and comprehensively equipped to meet 'Visit England' 4 star standards.
Sleeps 4. 2 bedroom cottage. One double bedroom with washbasin and a large bedroom with a Juliet balcony with a Super King bed which can be used as a twin bed. Also up stairs there is a bathroom with power shower and toilet as well as a separate toilet. Down stairs is a complete kitchen with a dining area and a separate lounge with a wood burner. As the cottage is listed as pet free we are unable to accept any pets in the cottage.

The cottage is let as a complete self catering cottage for upto 4 people + a cot for a baby.
Pets are not accepted in the cottage.

Other things to note
Our farm is located 2 miles outside Lynton & Lynmouth. Barbrook is 1 mile away and Parracombe 2 miles, where a selection of daily provisions can be purchased from either the petrol station or Parracombe community stores.
We provide BT fibre optic WiFi in the cottage.
The cottage does receive a good 4G mobile signal for O2 EE and Vodafone.
