Terrars Croft is a modern private housing development situated beside Parkside Street in the Saint Leonard's district, 1 mile south-east of Edinburgh city centre; adjacent to Salisbury Crags in the city's beautiful Holyrood Park. It offers an ideal combination of a central yet peaceful location.
Accommodation consists of a ground floor, main door flat with front and back garden and patio; comprising one twin or double bedroom, the Zip Link bed system allows the flexibility of either a superking bed or twin beds.
The lounge/dining room with convertible double sofa bed, smart television and telephone,fitted kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, fridge and automatic washing machine, and bathroom/wc with bath and shower. The flat is newly furnished and equipped, comfortable, bright and warm with gas central heating and double-glazing throughout. Wi-fi internet access is provided free of charge and a free private parking space is provided nearby.
Most principal cultural and historical locations are to be found around the city centre, within a mile of Terrars Croft. A few hundred yards south of the flat is the Commonwealth Swimming Pool, run by the City of Edinburgh Council, which offers an excellent range of water and fitness facilities. Extensive shopping facilities including supermarket, restaurants, post office, banks, public telephones and public transport are situated within a few hundred yards. Direct access to Holyrood Park and Salisbury Crags is a stone’s throw from the back door. Salisbury Crags provides a vantage point for some of the finest views of Edinburgh. The flat is also uniquely situated beside a cycleway/walkway giving access to the Lothians countryside.

A few days before a guests arrival, l will contact you to confirm arrival time and send further directions if needed and exchange contact numbers.
On the arrival day I will be at the apartment to welcome my guests.
Guests will be met on arrival and given full information about how to use all accommodation facilities. Please advise anticipated time of arrival.
We do not add a extra charge for cleaning and we fully understand you are on holiday.
However we would ask you follow a few simple house rules.
Wash, dry and put away any dishes and cutlery you use.
Wipe any spillages and clean kitchen surfaces
Dispose of your rubbish at the end of your stay.
We would also ask that you respect our neighbours. by keeping noise to a minimum when returning to the apartment at night.
