We invite you to be our guests at this new and beautifully decorated second floor apartment, located in a desirable neighborhood. The apartment has two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a beautiful spacious on suite bathroom with a double sink granite top vanity, soaking tub and a rain shower. It also has a large walk in closet. The second bedroom comes with the option of two twin beds or the beds can be put together to make a large king size bed. The second bedroom also has a walk in closet. The second bathroom is a gorgeous 3 piece. It has a spacious kitchen and dining area and a large living room.
This apartment is conveniently located with easy access to Hwys 427, the QEW and the Gardiner Expressway. It is ideal for everyone specially professionals in town for training or those who require easy access to airport or Downtown Toronto. It is within walking distance to Trillium Hospitalon the Queesnsway and the West Mall branch.
The Suite is yours and yours alone. You will receive a key upon arrival and many, many Smiles :)

Master bedroom comes with a king size bed. Second bedroom comes with the option of one king size bed or two twin beds. Kitchen with mini counter oven, induction cook tops, microwave oven, fridge, toaster, coffee machine, electric rice cooker, pots and pans and all kitchen utensils
Laundry is located on the ground level in the building.
**Guests are required to contact us with a message prior to sending a reservation request telling us a bit about themselves, the reason for their stay/visit, the total number of guest and their age groups.
**Guests are required to show a photo ID such as passport or driver's licence upon checking in.
** Please No Smoking ** Outside okay!
**Please do not wear street shoes in the building.
**During sleep hours please avoid running or heavy steps around the house and in the stairways . Canadian homes are built of wood and pounding vibration travels through the floors to other units specially to the lower floors.
** Leave place Clean & Tidy like you would your own home.
** Please take out kitchen trash (food waste) on daily basis. Food waste not only creates unpleasant odors but also will produce fruit flies which are very hard to get rid of.
**Please dispose only food waste and other compostable material in the green bin. No plastic and other non compostable items.
**Please close all food and refrigerate very ripe fruit to avoid fruit flies and ants.
** Please be considerate of other occupants of the building and keep noise levels down specially at night and in the common areas such as stairways.
** Please lock doors when you leave or enter the building.
**Please do not leave outside door open unattended, Rodents might enter the house.
** Please turn lights off lights when you are leaving the apartment.
** Laundry facility should be used only between the hours of 9 am to 9 pm. Last load must be in by 7 PM to maintain nightly quiet hours. Kindly clean the dryer filter after each use and keep the area tidy and always clean after yourself.
** No events or social gatherings.
** Any illegal activity is strictly prohibited
