Sparkling CLEAN 3 BR vacation home! Beautifully landscaped backyard with large 40 foot pool, plenty of cool decking (and lounge chairs) along with a 43 foot log pole covered patio & propane BBQ. Full use of 2-car garage and gated boat parking. Fully equipped kitchen and 65" HDTV in living room and flat screen TV's in each bedroom. Nicely decorated and very comfortable beds. 100MB WiFi included.

The space
This sparkling clean, well maintained vacation home is tastefully decorated. It's three bedrooms & two baths will accommodate up to 4 adults & 2 children. You'll find the kitchen is equipped with all your cooking needs or enjoy a family BBQ around the pool. There is full access to the two car boat-deep garage plus secure gated boat parking (with shade) on side of house.

The kids (& adults) will enjoy the pool area of this home. It's a large pool with spacious amount of decking (with several lounge chairs). Has a sitting area in the pool with a table & umbrella to enjoy a cool beverage on a hot day! There's are corn hole boards and bean bags for family funtime!

Also has a large 40 foot covered log pole patio , propane BBQ & outdoor patio table for outdoor dining by the pool. Be sure to make your reservations early since June, July & August fill up quickly. Pool is not heated.

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood with great neighbors. The house backs up to a wash (so no neighbors directly behind). It's a 10-11 minute drive from the house to the London Bridge tourist area. It's about a 13 minute drive to the marina to launch your boat. The closest market is a 5 minute drive. Downtown Lake Havasu ("Main Street") is about a 6 minute drive from the house.
