This 18th century factory building has been completely renovated in 2014. This second floor 3BR apartment is cozy and quiet, providing good sleep and perfect location in beautiful environment in the trendy Kalamaja area, next to the Old town, Telliskivi and Tallinna's new Farmers market.

To Old town is just 5 minute walk as well as to the famous Telliskivi area. Tram stop and Supermarket 10 meter away from house across street and next of the house is plenty of restaurants and coffee shops

Apartment is situated in a quiet residential area, only a stone through away form the trendy Kalamaja region and just minutes walk to the ever fabulous Old town of Tallinn. The apartment is cozy, light, located on a quiet courtyard and fits comfortably 5 people.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms; guest bathroom and private big bathroom with walk in shower, sauna, separate bathtub and dressing area.
Apartment is fitted with all utilities, including fridge and freezer, hairdryer, Oven and a stove, dishwasher, washing machine. The apartment has a fast Wifi-internet and a 55" led TV with access to over 70 local and international channels (covering entertainment, sports, music and news).
We appreciate a good sleep ourself so this apartment is fitted with good beds, pillows to choose from and the windows are fitted with black out curtains to guarantee better sleep during the long summer days we get.

If you need parking please inform us before hand and we can organise it on the gated courtyard for extra fee of 10eur/24h

-supermarket around the corner open till 22.00 everyday
-easy to get Taxis to and from( taxis are fairly cheap in Tallinn, we are more than happy to provide numbers for trustworthy ones)

- best location in Tallinn!!! you get best of both, trendy yet quiet and very close to the old town, yet without all the touristic noise.
