The space

The apartment is located on Young Street which runs of Military Road, Neutral Bay on Sydney's lower north shore.

This one bedroom apartment comes complete with modern furniture, fixtures and fittings, including a DVD player, plasma TV, WIFI and a dishwasher, plus access to a washing machine, dryer and ducted air conditioning.

The main shopping district of Neutral Bay, known as Neutral Bay Junction, is along Military Road, which is the main road that runs through Neutral Bay, Cremorne and Mosman. It features many quality shops, restaurants and cafes. The Big Bear shopping centre is a shopping mall that features a supermarket and grocery shops.

The Oaks Hotel is a well-known and popular venue located on the corner of Military Road and Ben Boyd Road. It has been a popular meeting place in Sydney since 1885. The Oaks Hotel features a number of restaurants, bars, function rooms and an impressive beer garden with the main focal point an old oak tree that provides plenty of shade to patrons in summer.

The Neutral Bay wharf sits at the end of Hayes Street and it is serviced by both public Inner Harbour ferry services and private ferries. The main transport routes on the North Shore are Military Road, the Pacific Highway and the Warringah Expressway, and the North Shore, Northern & Western Line, which provide access to the central business district of Sydney which is just 7 minutes over the Sydney Harbour Bridge. Many bus routes also serve the area, particularly the lower North Shore, and ferries connect many of the harbour side suburbs with Circular Quay in the central business district.

In fact everything is included right down to the towels and linen, all you need is your suitcase, we look forward to welcoming you to our furnished corporate accommodation in Neutral Bay.

Guest access

•Check in Procedure
•Unless organised prior , Arrival Time is 2 PM as we may have current guests departing that morning.
• We do not do arrivals before 8.30 AM or after 5.30 PM unless organised prior to arrival and other arrangements or charges may apply.
•When you arrive in Sydney please call when departing the airport or 1 hour prior to the arrival at the apartment on +(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) and we will send our representative to meet you at the front of the building to show you around and provide keys to the apartment.

Do not enter the building foyer and please wait outside until the representative arrives, majority of these buildings are residential and the building manager cannot help you.

•When you arrive we will ask you to complete our CHECK IN FORM. We require ID ( pass port or Drivers Lic.) To verify your booking
•If the person that has booked is not the person arriving and we are not aware of this refusal of giving of keys or a security taken like credit card imprint or security bond
•If your apartment is not prepared for your arrival you can leave your bags at our office in Pyrmont while the apartment has been completed for your arrival.

Interaction with guests

This is a fully self-contained apartment we will meet the guests and make them familiar with the apartment or house and local area.
We are in contact with the guest at departure and we are at call for any issues that the guest may have during their stay.
We operate 7 days a week with limited staff during the week-ends and public holidays.
Not all issues can be resolved in a 24 hour period and we may need to engage a third party to resolve that issue.
Access may need to be made by the management team for pre organised schedule strata regulations like checking fire doors, plumber or electrician
We will always make arrangement with the guest before needing to gain access .

•The Visitor must not smoke within the property or else a de-odorising fee will apply.
•The Visitor must leave the property in a clean and tidy condition.
•The Visitor must comply with the By-Laws that apply to the property and shall not be guilty of conduct which is a nuisance or annoyance to adjoining or neighbouring occupiers (eg. loud music).
•The Visitor must, every time they depart the property, securely lock doors and windows, and switch off lighting, appliances and water to conserve resources and avoid damage.
•The Visitor shall immediately report any repairs required or damage to the property manager.
•Animals are not permitted unless expressly agreed in writing by the Manager.
•Repairs and maintenance to the property are dealt with due to the degree of urgency such as power and water, with most issues having a 48 hour service turn around.
9. Right to inspect the Property and re-enter the Property
•(F Properties the Company ) has the right to inspect the property during the booking period subject to (F Properties the Company ) having reasonable grounds to complete necessary work such as electrical / plumbing and aslo believe that the property is being damaged or at risk of if the Visitor breaches any term of this agreement.
10. Departure
•The property must be vacated by 10:00 am on the Departure Date. Failure to depart will authorise (F Properties the Company ) to levy additional charges for rental and costs incurred.
•When leaving the apartment or checking out please insure the property is left in a clean condition with all excess rubbish removed and all kitchen items washed and put back in the appropriate places. Failure do so may incur extra charges.
12. Right of refusal and application of other Special Conditions
•F Properties may refuse at its discretion to accept any Visitor. Furthermore, (F Properties the Company ) may require that other Special Conditions be agreed to on arrival of the Visitor.
13. Privacy
•(F Properties the Company ) does not share your personal information with any third party, unless it is required to complete your booking, provide services to you, or settle your account
