We are very happy to offer a wonderful & cozy king bedroom with a full bathroom only accessed by YOU! Quiet & private neighborhood. 10 minutes from downtown. Perfect for the business traveler, students, or the young couple out exploring new areas.

You must be comfortable being around 2 BIG dogs! We understand that finding a pet friendly place to stay can be challenging- we don’t charge a pet fee :)

We reserve the right to cancel your booking at any time during your stay if house rules are not followed and our working quiet hours of 9:00AM- 4:00PM Monday-Friday are not respected.

The room includes access to a smart television with Netflix and Hulu. You will have access to your own full bathroom. There will be a dresser available for your clothes and a mini fridge!

We ask that you do not eat meals in the room. Snacks and beverages are okay but to avoid stains and insect activity, please do not eat meals in the room. We have a shared full size dining room table for your usage :)
