A nice one-bedroom apartment with a view is available in June only. Full kitchen and a bathroom. Perfect location outside of the busy center, right by two beautiful and safe parks. 30 min by subways from the 59th st and Columbus Circle.
Very close to public transportation. Street is relatively quite in the area which is otherwise busy with a lot of restaurants and food stores (but no shopping malls :))
Street parking in front of the building.
Access to the parks, subways, restaurants, etc, by car and on foot.
Interaction with guests
We will not be in the house.
Other things to note
We have two subway lines in the neighborhood: 1 and A. You will have to check with MTA sites which one works properly before you leave the house to go downtown. "A" is located on the corner of Broadway and Dyckman Ave, 1 is on Dyckman Ave. The changes in subway routines may occur in weekends.
Decency, respect to both private property and commonality is required. Strictly for 3 people. No toddlers. We ask not to run around in heavy shoes. We have noise restrictions in the building.

I like to travel to Italy. I love art, Italian food and people. My favorite films are Last Tango in Paris and Death in Venice, my fave book is Tolstoy's War and Peace. I prefer Airbnb to hotels because I like new places and it's more casual and friendly.
