The apartment is located in a residence with a condominium park near the Populonia Station, just two kilometers from the beautiful Gulf of Baratti.

It is strategically located, halfway between the villages of the Etruscan Coast (Bolgheri, Campiglia Marittima and Suvereto), the beaches (Principessa, Rimigliano, San Vincenzo and Parco della Sterpaia) and the city of Piombino, from which you can reach the Islands of the Tuscan Archipelago by ferry.

The space
The apartment, recently renovated, is on two floors: from the private patio you enter the open space that occupies the entire ground floor where there is the living area and the kitchen.
On the second floor, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The master bedroom has a double bed and a desk that can also be used as a workstation.
In the second bedroom, there are two single beds but, on request, it is possible to transform them into a double bed.
The bathroom and the second bedroom have a large electric Velux skylight equipped with a shutter that can be controlled by a special remote control.

Air conditioning in the rooms. This is an extra service based on kW/h consumption to be paid upon check-out.

Guest access
The residence can be accessed through the pedestrian gate or through the electric driveway gate, from which you can access the internal parking lot. The apartment is entitled to two reserved parking spaces.

Linen (sheets, pillowcases and towels) rental is not included in the price. If you are interested, you must notify us before your arrival. The additional price is €13.00 per person to be paid at check-in.
