The apartment has 4 rooms, a kitchen and a bathroom (94m2). It is placed in eastern part of central Copenhagen. It is a nice area close to the central park and with lots of cafes, shops, playgrounds for kids, public indoor swimming pool and much more.

The space

The apartment has one dining room, one living room, one bedroom (my daughters with one bunk bed - big enough for an adult), one small bedroom with a double bed (actually a little bit smaller i think), one kitchen (with space for three people to eat) and one bathroom (with toilet and shower).

In the living room I also have a digital piano. You can play on it if you take good care of it. :-)

Guest access

You will have access to the whole apartment but have to live with my stuff in there too. :-)

There are one double bed and one bunk bed. I have an extra mattress so you can stay there with two kids (I would not put an adult on the mattress).

Interaction with guests

You can call me at any time.

Other things to note

There are containers in the backyard for garbage/trash.

The backyard also has a little playground with a big sandpit for kids.

If you are unable to clean after your stay then please let me know. I can organise cleaning but it will cost you a bit extra.

Peter's flat is perfect for staying in Copenhagen. Moving from and to the city is pretty easy and convenient, the bus station is half block away. The place is beautiful and comfy, no doubt you'll feel at home and the host is very kind and always ready to help. I will definitely stay there in other trips to the city.

Peter's flat was absolutely perfect for our family! It was near Faelledparken and public transportation, was a beautiful open space, and had his daughter's lovely artwork everywhere :) Everything was clean and the check-in was seamless. Peter was easy to reach by text and very accommodating. He even had a pack n play and high chair ready for my eleven-month-old, which was totally unexpected. My four-year-old loved coming back to the flat in the evenings and playing in the sand pit in the courtyard or E's legos. While we were staying in his house, he has a summer house, so we didn't feel like we were kicking him out.

Peter is a great host - he was very easy to communicate with, and he responded quickly and thoroughly to all my questions (and I had many). Unfortunately, I wasn't as satisfied with the apartment - it just didn't seem fit to accept guests. Half of the lights didn't work, the door handles were coming off, and there was no lock on the bathroom (which was probably the smallest bathroom I've ever seen). Also, be aware that the room with double bed is so small, you can't even walk around the bed - you have to crawl from the foot of the bed to get on it. The location is great though - a few minutes walk from the bus stop, and it's only about 10-minute ride to the center.

Response from Peter:
I am sorry you found my apartment small. But you should know that my apartment is 1-2 rooms bigger than most Copenhagen apartments. Many are not "born" with a shower. My bathroom is newly build and extended with a square meter of shower space. It may be small compared to what you are used to but it is double as big as most other bathrooms in Copenhagen apartments. The key to the bathroom door is in the cupboard. The door handle to my daughters room was loose - I am sorry about that. I had not noticed. Thanks for letting me know. I am insecure about what lights you didn't find working. The light in the sealing in the corridor is temporarily replaced by other lights on a shelve. But there should be lights all over. I don't see how that can add up to "half of the lights". I don't mind people asking if there are things they don't understand.

Peter is a fantastic host- he went above and beyond to make sure we had everything our family needed for a comfortable stay. He was there to personally greet us and show us around the apartment when we arrived. Great location for public transportation - you can walk about 5 minutes to a bus that will take you to the central downtown area in less than 30 minutes. We loved walking to the large park (less than 10 min walk), plus there are several cafes, shops, and grocery stores within very easy walking distance. Thank you for a wonderful experience in Copenhagen, Peter!

Cozy apartment, filled with light and bright colors We enjoyed this apartment, cozy and casual, and so well equipped for cooking breakfast or any other meal! The host and his daughter live here and the space is filled with evidence of their busy and lively lives, warm with photos, books, music. Two separate sleeping rooms (one with bunk bed, up high), living room and walk thru dining/art area, eat-in kitchen with balcony. As in many city apts. the bathroom is small, but here, very clean, with great hot shower and heated floor! The 1A Bus runs nearby and can take you to the city center. Two great cafes at the end of the street for breakfast, brunch... Our host was welcoming, easy to contact and responsive. We could not have been happier.

Peter was a really good host- responsive and fast to act when we had a problem with the keys. The flat was perfectly located, a bus will get you to the centre in 10 minutes. The flat has a very lived-in kind of feel which can be really comforting if you're away from home, but we felt a little as though we had just kicked Peter and his daughter out of the flat for our stay as there were lots of their bits and pieces all around. The flat was also on the expensive side considering the lack of space in the flat that was available for us to use. However this didn't stop us having a wonderful stay in Copenhagen.

Great location to the stadium. Sufficient options to have food and grocery store around. Really big space of the living room and will definitely feel gorgeous if you are a jazz lover. It's so comfortable that felt like at home. Peter is great person and helped a lot.
