My friend and I stayed at Porto Palma in April, short time before the Easter holidays. We only contacted Fausto and his family one day before we wanted to arrive but even though he lives a bit further away it was possible to arrive so spontaneuosly! The communication worked mostly through translator and when we met in person - well, it just worked and it was very nice to meet! Porto Palma is a very small place, rather remote, with no shops or bars. When we arrived on Sunday there were still three or four families and groups at the beach but one after the other left, window shutters went down and by Monday there seemed to be nobody left except of us in the village.. so at least in off season it was the most wonderful place to relax and sleep. There is a small shop in Torre dei Corsari, the supermarket wasn't open yet. In the shop you get fruit, vegetables, cheese, meat, tomato sauce, pasta and a range of drinks - everything you need! The nature of the surrounding area is awesome. I would love to visit the place again one time.

The apartment is big enough to suit 4 adults or more. The mezzanine was a plus for our kids who had a "private" place to play and relax. We found the apartment nice and clean as we would have expected from the announcement. Fausto made his best to make us feel home and I must say, he exceeded with his intent :-)! The apartment was clean and completely furnished. If I may say, the only limitation (pro or cons, a matter of viewpoint) is the location. The building is placed in a very small village where there are no basic services (grocery, farmacy, restaurants) and it gets a bit busier only during week-ends. On the other hand, Torre dei Corsari is just a couple of kilometers away and it holds all the basic services that one may require. Altogether, I would recommend Fausto's apartment to those family guests who look for a quite and comfortable place, with no major needs of gathering with other people during their holidays. By the way, the walk on Porto Palma's tiny beach during the sunset is really romantic !!

Tunaria is a magical place..and the same can be said about Fausto's flat. Perfectly located, a 5minute walk from the beach. Cozy, tastefully decorated, airy and nice and cool at night. His family welcomed us like long time friends..going to great lengths to make us feel at home: beers, cold mirto, coffee etc..and even a delish cheesecake baked by his lovely daughter! I would go back in a heartbeat! Spero a presto!

Fausto and his wife are very lovely people to help with everything needed, their house was really clean and the little terrace very pleasant especially at the evenings sunsets. The village was really empty out of season but Torre dei Corsari is really close and the beach worth to visit. But 3 days enough, better to make little trips around. We had a really good experience-highly recommended! Thank u Fausto!

We found Fausto and Gabriella to be the most kind and welcoming hosts. They greeted us with a selection of local food and drinks which were delicious. The apartment was lovely - clean, well equipped and ideally located to discover the local area which is beautiful! We cannot recommend the apartment enough, thank you!

Fausto is wonderfull host, thank you for amazing holidays. This is his weekend house, clean and fully equipped with all you can need. Fausto welcome us with his family with some gifts to eat and drink, which was very nice. Fausto does not speak to much english, but we were able to understand each other. Porto Palma is very calm and small village just for relaxing or making trips by car. There should be small foodshop in Porto Palma (but we did not find it), where you need to reserve some bread forward one day, instead of it we drive by car to nearest village (2 km away) where you can find big enough market. We were absolutely satisfied.
