This home in the Swiss Mountain community was great for a group of 10 adults (all in our 30s). It's exactly as advertised and had everything we could need in regards to kitchen items and linens. It was fairly cozy, some of us had to sit at the kitchen bar or on dining room chairs when we were all gathered in the main area, but it wasn't uncomfortable by any means. Joyce was very easy to reach and communicate with. If you're staying for a ski trip as we were, access to the ski lodge & slopes is easy, the shuttle service has a stop within ~100' of the front door and a shuttle seemed to come by about every 10 minutes starting at 6pm Friday through the weekend (shuttle does take a break late at night, and you call for a ride during the week when it's not running continuously). The trip to/from the lodge never seemed to take more than 10 or 15 minutes, which I thought was very reasonable. Bottom line, at the price point, this is an excellent option for lodging in the Seven Springs area. Clean, convenient, and has what you need. My only caution would be that while the bunk rooms do have trundle beds, using the trundles would make the rooms VERY tight. 12 people can have beds in this house, but the bunk rooms would be extremely cozy.

This is perfect for a get a way. I did not need anything for the kitchen it was all there and we ate all our meals in the house. Very relaxing.

Joyce made the whole process vary easy, answering questions and working with me for check in along the way. The place itself represents a great value as it comes in at the same price or less than other places with fewer beds. The shuttle service to the resort is quick and efficient, making it easy to get over for any events going on. Layout of the townhouse is good; we had eight adults and people were not tripping over each other. I'd definitely stay here again in the future if I found myself in Seven Springs with a large group.

Our experience at Swiss Mountain was phenomenal! The lodgings were perfect to meet our needs, and the condo is literally two minutes from Seven Springs Mountain Resort where there is all sorts of fun summer and winter activities to do. The host was very accommodating, sending me directions, information about the condo, and tips for local events and attractions within the surrounding area of the condo. The rate is unparalleled and great for large groups who want to get away to a mountain retreat but not spend a fortune on a hotel room. We will definitely be renting again in the winter to go skiing at the resort!

My husband and I spent a weekend at 7 Springs 11 years ago and fell in love. We bought this property the following year. We love the Laurel Highlands. Winter is beautiful - downhill and x-country skiing are great but we love summer even more. Great hiking, fishing, biking, golf etc. etc. And just relaxing with a drink under the stars. You can't beat it!
