The space
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need; a washing machine, a dishwasher, oven, hob and hood, micro, fridge, filter coffee machine and capsules, kettle, toaster, etc. Kitchen on a balcony with 2 chairs.

In the large living room there is a sofa, table and chairs, smart tv and free wifi.

They have a bathroom with bath, toilet and hand washing.

There are 2 large bedrooms; 1 with 2 single beds (which can be joined) and 1 with double bed.

There is the possibility of placing a baby crib upon request and availability (free service).

Bed linens, shower towels and kitchen cloths are included.

We leave 2 rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom, the customer is responsible for the stock after finishing.

We do not have a shower gel, shampoos, olive oils, etc.

We do not have private parking, but there is a lot of free parking and paid around the apartment.

Restrictions: This accommodation is exclusively for families, no bookings of youth groups are accepted.

The rules of coexistence must be respected and the neighbors should not be disturbed.

Noise: The guest should maintain respectful and attentive behavior with other guests and neighbors at all times and try to keep the volume of their conversations, televisions, and moderate music so as not to disturb others. Quiet time is between 22:00 - 08:00.
